Description
Aswan Inspirations Necklace, Aqua/Green
The river Nile is a passageway to many towns and historical wonders. Heron, geese, ducks, egret, swallows, osprey and maybe even the Egyptian Nightjar may be spotted along the river, farmland or desert. The mystery of the ancient temples near Aswan brings tourists from around the world, especially the temples of Philae, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Kalabsha or a day trip to Abu Simbel. This lovely Egyptian river city is home to both Nubian and Arab cultures, it was an ancient trade center known for its granite quarries and golden treasures of the Pharaohs. The breeze brings the Felucca sail boats making a postcard perfect view, you may also see children in small boats singing for coins. Enjoy the markets, listen to Nubian drums, try some belly dancing or just sit and listen as the palms gentle rustle in the evening air.
