The Maple tree has stunning autumn colours; from orange to spectacular reds and burgundy. The maple is revered by the indigenous people of America for its loving spirit and balance between male and female energy. This is a tree of grounding, of being present in daily life and getting practical things done. The indigenous people discovered the sugar maple had special qualities and utilised the tree, Europeans soon learned the art and developed the sap into maple syrup.
