Both of these lifestyles imbue freedom of thinking, appreciation of the art and music, simple living, nature appreciation, free love, gypsy-like wandering, anti-establishment beliefs and doing anything outside accepted norms. This spiritual movement began with the admiration of Bohemians (Czech Republic) and Romani people (Nomadic Gypsy’s), creating a movement in the Latin-Quarter of France in the 19th century that then spread to the United States. Boho-chic fashion styles and décor flourished in America in the 1960s, 1990s, 2005 and in still popular to those living that lifestyle. The styles are soft, feminine and floaty using various fabrics.
Wear your headband at festivals, ceremonies or daily use. Designed to wear on the top of the head and tie at either the back or side of your hair. Tie two pieces of fabric together in a double knot, and let all the rest hand down.
