The oak is a power tree of the Celts! Oak groves were a place to connect to the gods, a place of nature connection, magic and ceremonies. The word Druid derives from ‘dru-wid-, ‘knower of the oak tree.’ The oak in stories represents truth, wisdom, secret knowledge, nature worship, leadership, endurance, magic and spiritual connection.
